I want you to LOVE moving your body.

HIIIII! I'm Randi and I am so glad we crossed paths. :)

I began my fitness journey shortly after graduating from college (I wanted to get a body-ody-ody). But as I progressed through my fitness journey, I found something much deeper. I enjoyed how my mood improved when I moved my body. I liked surprising myself at how strong my body actually was and with what my body was capable of. I started to focus on how my body FELT rather than how it LOOKS. I FELT stronger...mentally, physically and spiritually. And the best part, I connected with some really cool people through fitness and movement.

When I was living in St. Louis, MO I connected with a local studio, TruFusion, and wanted to explore teaching fitness classes. I began teaching hot pilates and then kettlebell classes and that is where I fell in love with teaching group fitness. In August 2025, I travelled to Bali, Indonesia to complete my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Shades of Yoga and it was one of the best experiences of my life thus far.

Now, I live in beautiful Maui, Hawai'i where I’m rebuilding my own routines, finding new community, and pouring my energy into helping others move with confidence, love, and strength.

Pilates

Pilates is about slow, intentional movement that builds deep core strength and stability. It’s subtle but powerful, creating a strong foundation that supports how you move every day.

Yoga

Yoga is a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body. It blends strength and softness, helping you build mobility, balance, and a sense of ease.

Kettlebell

Kettlebells are dynamic, empowering, and a little spicy. This style of training builds real-world strength and confidence while teaching you how to move efficiently and feel strong.
